Jurnal SIGNALING The journal focuses on economics and management issues. Peer Review Process
The articles entered in the Jurnal Signaling will be reviewed by Two Persons (2) Reviewer prior to publication. The proposed article is not a plagiarism or without data manipulation. The submitted paper is evaluated for its originality, novelty, contribution and presentation. The editor will notify you of the results of the review as soon as possible. Policy review process is using blind review
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Publication Ethics
This statement clarifies the ethical behavior of all parties involved in the act of publishing an article in our journals, including the authors, the editors, the peer-reviewers and the publisher (STMIK Pringsewu). This statement is based on COPE’s Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors.
For Authors:
- The author writes the script/article based on the research report or literature review.
- The author writes each reference used in the text according to the rules of scientific writing.
- The author must ensure that the manuscript is written free of plagiarism.
- The author can ensure that the manuscript sent to the Signaling Journal has never been published in other media, and is not being sent to other journals.
For Reviewers:
- Reviewer assists the editor in making editorial decisions and editors who then submit to the author. The assistance provided by reviewers concerns content review of a text/article.
- Every text received for review must be treated as a confidential document. Manuscripts may not be displayed or discussed with others except as permitted by the editor.
- Review must be carried out objectively with arguments that support according to scientific rules.
For Editors :
- Editor ensures articles are in accordance with the focus / scope of the scientific journal. The responses from reviewers will be used as a basis for the Editor to determine whether an article can be accepted, accepted with a revision (accepted with major / minor revision), or rejected.
- An article is refused to be published due to various considerations, including because the article is not in accordance with the scope of the economic and management journals, the writing is not sufficient to be classified in a scientific writing, a fundamental method error, or because the author refuses to do the remedies given by reviewers without a logical basis.
- The order of publishing is adjusted to the order in which articles and article revisions are submitted to the editorial board.
- The editor does not have to disclose any information about the manuscript submitted to anyone other than the author, including the reviewer.

Please find the rights and licenses in SIGNALING Journal By submitting the article/manuscript of the article, the author(s) agree with this policy. No specific document sign-off is required.
- License
The non-commercial use of the article will be governed by the Creative Commons Attribution license as currently displayed on Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.
- Author(s)' Warranties
The author warrants that the article is original, written by stated author(s), has not been published before, contains no unlawful statements, does not infringe the rights of others, is subject to copyright that is vested exclusively in the author and free of any third party rights, and that any necessary written permissions to quote from other sources have been obtained by the author(s).
- User Rights
SIGNALING Journal is to disseminate/published articles are as free as possible. Under the Creative Commons license, Jurnal SIGNALING permits users to copy, distribute, display, and perform the work for non-commercial purposes only. Users will also need to attribute authors and Jurnal Signaling on distributing works in the journal and other media of publications.
- Rights of Authors
Authors retain all their rights to the published works, such as (but not limited to) the following rights;
- Copyright and other proprietary rights relating to the article, such as patent rights,
- The right to use the substance of the article in own future works, including lectures and books,
- The right to reproduce the article for own purposes,
- The right to self-archive the article,
- The right to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the article's published version (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal (SIGNALING Journal).
- Co-Authorship
If the article was jointly prepared by more than one author, any authors submitting the manuscript warrants that he/she has been authorized by all co-authors to be agreed on this copyright and license notice (agreement) on their behalf, and agrees to inform his/her co-authors of the terms of this policy. SIGNALING Journal will not be held liable for anything that may arise due to the author(s) internal dispute. SIGNALING Journal will only communicate with the corresponding author.
- Royalties
Being an open accessed journal and disseminating articles for free under the Creative Commons license term mentioned, author(s) aware that SIGNALING Journal entitles the author(s) to no royalties or other fees.
Plagiarism and Retraction
Plagiarism screening will be conducted by the editors of SIGNALING Journal twice. First before the review and secondly after the review prior to publication using turnitin Similarity Check. Article manuscripts must obtain a similarity index of less than 25%. We will return the manuscripts to authors should the similarity index is more than 25%. Authors rewrite the manuscripts to meet our requirement and resubmit the corected manuscripts. The resubmitted manuscripts will go into the new screening process, and if for any reasons the similarity index is still above 25%, the editors will reject the manuscripts.
